If you want to see, you have to Look.
It doesn't take much water for a duck.
The real truth is there has been a change, ducks stay, robins are here I am not a scientist but things have changed and NO I don't follow Gore but I know things are different from, 20 to 40 years ago.
I had a surreal experience with a duck the other night. I was cycling home along a dark country lane, the wind was driving fresh snow across my path and suddenly a large white duck skimmed over my head and landed on the tarmac in front of me. I had to stop and push it onto the verge with my foot - it just didn't want to move and kept quacking at me! In all the many thousands of miles I've cycled, that's never happened before!
Quite a story. If it happens again you will know to duck the duck!
I have a small collection of wooden and brass ducks around the house but they are forbidden to go to the canal, especially in the winter.
