Lucky shot

Working on bird photography, which I guess is not consistent with the theme of this blog... but for now I will continue to post some of my efforts.

Still working on techniques and skills so this was really just a lucky shot... a great egret taking flight in the back of my home.

    This was not all luck, it is skill. You were there and were prepared when the bird took off. Impressive shot. What is odd is that we both posted Egrets taking flight today.
