No it's not just you, I'd have felt compelled to make the photograph as well. I can't think of a sign in the UK that utilizes a question mark, so on this side of the pond the humor of the two signs is more than you probably first thought!
Old signs that loose a letter or two can sometimes result in a bit of humor. This example may not be the best instance, but to me, it is funny.
