Merging traffic

This sign was apparently placed neatly beneath the expressway bridge by recent high winds that toppled trees and utility poles. Over 100,000 people lost power four days ago, and still about 40,000 are without heat and light despite the multitudes of utility trucks that have surged into the area. We were very lucky and were not affected. This has been a difficult struggle for so many, especially due to the single digit frigid temperatures.

  1. Glad to hear you're ok. Think of us in Connecticut this Tuesday. We're expecting a classic Nor'easter, with blizzard conditions. Winter is not over yet. I like the vignette around the sign.

  2. Good to know you survived the storm without serious problems. Four days without power sounds serious for many people.
