Coleus

At least I think it is Coleus... not much of a gardener so correct me if I am wrong.

Anyway, two plant posts in a row, but this particular leaf really struck me as being quite beautiful.

Purple impatients

Sometimes just a simple picture of flowers is nice to capture. Our challenge with these plants is they seem to be a favorite of the deer. We find the blossoms neatly snipped just below the flowers leaving just the green stems. But deer have to eat too.

When shapes line up
