Fog

I admit that I like photographing with some direct light, but it is true that fog can be magical. Colors mute and layers of atmosphere add a feeling of calm and serenity.

    I was out for hours yesterday shooting in the fog. I don't think I got anything as nice as this, though.

    Your square format and the fog emphasize the structure and shape of this tree. Very well seen and photographed.
