Fireball

During my morning walks I often see discarded tiny empty liquor bottles tossed to the side of the road. There is a liquor store about a mile down the way so I assume (which is not always a good thing to do) that teenargers buy these things and chug them down for a quick high. Cinnamon flavor is another hint that a young person is involved.

I do kind of like the label design.

Yeah... a roadway guardrail. My eye was drawn to the dappled light and texture of the rail. And diagonals always work for me.

Looking at the sign (not the big one, the little green one) I wonder what it means and who it is for. Certainly someone passing in a car will not see it and even if they did, what does it mean? Often you see mile markers on roads but this does not seem to be a mile marker.

Anyone have a guess or an answer?

Backyard barn

I don't think it is really a barn, but it is painted like a proper barn. The windows are curious as they do not seem to align with expected interior levels.

I always enjoy walking the neighborhoods but usually, house after house, does not present many interesting photo ops... but sometimes unexpected things are revealed.
