Last walk on the canal

The process of moving is never easy. In many ways it seems to have taken forever, and in some ways it has come too fast.

Our last PODS is packed and to be picked up in the morning.

But this afternoon I had a chance to take one last walk along the Erie canal. I have posted many photos from the paths of the canal and I will miss it when we are gone, but in consolation, we will be only a few miles from the ocean.

Change can be good.

Calendar picture

Hard to resist. Field of corn, red barn, blue sky with puffy clouds. Not exactly a unique picture, but a pretty one I think.

It is a scene that many would find attractive, but few would stop to take the photo. Except someone capturing calendar pictures.

How to feel like a creep

I was going to call this "Best friends" but, because I do not know these young women, and I shot the photo without their knowledge, I feel like a creep.

Anyone that covertly goes around shooting pictures of women or children is suspect.

But I could not help myself.  A photograph of two girls who dress the same, sit the same and even pick the same ice cream treat, in my opinion, makes a good picture.

So call me a creep.
