I think a rocking chair is one of the most relaxing ways to spend some time... especially in the shade on an outdoor porch.

I have been to two Nordstrom stores and each had several waiting areas outside of the dressing rooms that were uniquely decorated and furnished with comfortable furniture. An obvious sense of design and point of differentiation.

Continuing from the last post... how do you get shoppers to shop longer? Provide a well designed and comfortable seat for the shoppers spouse. These images are from a new Nordstrom's that recently opened in downtown Toronto.

We recently visited Niagara-on-the-Lake, a nice little town that caters to tourism and charm. Just a few hours from home, but in another country.

I have posted images before and always enjoy an early morning walk though the historic district. I will have more to show over the next few days.
